How does QA work?
Our QA procedures work on multiple levels.
- Well trained cleaners who use computerized checklists of required tasks and are responsible for their performance.
- Cleaning supervisors who personally observe the performance of each cleaner
At all our sites, we encourage employee initiative and awareness of building conditions. We train and constantly remind our staff to look for minor problems such as burned out lights or dripping faucets, and also for my building conditions that are potentially dangerous or wasteful. They correct the condition where appropriate or notify a supervisor.
