Jan-Clean Systems, Inc was formed in February 2002 and incorporated in March 2004 to provide professional cleaning maintenance services for commercial, industrial and retail buildings in the Piedmont-Triad are of NC. Our primary purpose is to provide innovative and practical customer focused quality services that allow our clients to effectively and efficiently serve their own clients.Our founders and principal officers Randall and Kosepha Smith have many years of experience in the building maintenance industry form personal cleaning experience through managing and organizing their own cleaning company. They have developed unique procedures for selecting and training staff and ensuing tight quality control.
We provide everything from basic janitorial services through highly specialized maintenance and cleaning services. We can service from 500 to 500,000 square feet. We are experienced cleaning professionals with the proper equipment and personnel to maintain your building.
